The Clinic operates under the guidance of Colorado Amendment 20, Colorado Senate Bill 109 and Colorado House Bill 1284. As of September 1, 2010, medical marijuana centers may purchase up to 30% of their inventory from other medical marijuana centers.

If you are a medical marijuana center owner, or representative, and are interested in purchasing up to the 30% allowed by HB 1284 from The Clinic please contact us and we will respond shortly with an information packet including all of the legal forms necessary. Once all of the information is verified you will receive a login username and password to view our current wholesale pricing and strain availability.
